Please take a look at this site at that time to help check when the woman lived in Kamimeguro 2-chome(上目黒　２丁目) reached 104. She was born before 1 April 1906 and entered limbo in August or October 2015 according to the population census after 2010. It is possible that she is the 113-year-old woman died in October 2015 in Tokyo.

A woman in Kamigomeki 2 chome is not a woman who died at the age of 113.
This woman was born at least from 1903 to 1904 because the highest age at the point of June 2006 is 102 years since the population by age in the past Meguro Ward.

You are right. She turned 102 in February 2006.
But I wonder where the 113-year-old woman lived.
