Excuse me. I just can’t understand who he is and whether this person is alive at all. I think he is dead, because he is not on the list of “存命中の日本人男性長寿者(105歳以上)の記録”. So he suggested the first thing I saw.

This man was the oldest man in Yamagata Prefecture in September 2017. I think he is Yoshino Konno who was born in 1911 and the oldest man in Tsuruoka City in September 2017. He may still be alive but there has been no news for more than a year.
