Why not? She is the only person in Kasuga City who could reach 110 by September 2017. In fact, all the evidence suggests she was the one born on December 7, 1906. It's the only possibility. If she's not, there are a lot of things that don't make sense. Just like you guessed the deaths of people in Chiba Prefecture today.

I thought that this woman might be a woman of Dazaifu-shi.
However, I noticed that the woman of Dazaifu-shi did not reach 110 years old as of August, 2017.
