No age limit for register and joining the forum.

One of the purpose of this forum site was established is researching and sharing the history of longevity people in the world.
Because of its nature, death of longevity people is dealt with a lot, but please understand that there is no intention to wish for that death never.
And please refrain from saying such a posting on this site.
When posting about longevity person/people, please post it with to pay tribute.


We will respect the opinions of users at this forum. It is also possible for users to propose changes to forum's terms of service.

1. Terms of service A (The text displayed on the account registration page)


Whilst we attempt to edit or remove any messages containing inappropriate, sexually orientated, abusive, hateful, slanderous, or threatening material that could be considered invasive of a person's privacy, or which otherwise violate any kind of law, it is impossible for us to review every message posted on this discussion system. For this reason you acknowledge that all messages posted on this discussion system express the views and opinions of the original message author and not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Therefore we take no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy and completeness of every message.

By registering on this discussion system you agree that you will not post any material which is knowingly false, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually orientated, threatening or invasive of a person's privacy, or any other material which may violate any applicable laws.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of your account, account suspension, or permanent ban of access to these forums. Your IP Address is recorded with each post you make on this discussion system and is retrievable by the forum administrator(s) if need-be. In addition, after creating an account, please open an email sent to the registered email address and complete the account activation procedure. 2. Terms of service B (Other rules)


In this forum, the following actions are prohibited.

I - Abusive, defamatory, or derogatory phrases based on race, sex, sexual orientation, age, religious or political beliefs, disabilities, ethnicity, nationality, etc. directed against another editor or a group of editors. Disagreement over what constitutes a religion, race, sexual orientation, or ethnicity is not a legitimate excuse.

II - Writing personal information (real name, school of origin, telephone number etc) of a forum user(s) without authorization.

III - An act of exposing the password of own account. Public accounts are prohibited regardless of the authenticity of passwords.(Even if you committed as a lie on April Fools Day, this Terms of Service is valid.)Due to its nature, if you conduct an act of exposing your own account password, you will always be dealing with "permanently ban". Note: it is not possible to circulate the user's password whether it is administrator or server's admin.

IV - Using the same image as the avatar of another person's account registered without permission as an avatar of your own account (avatar is a small image displayed under the user name of the posts). Please do not use another's avatar without obtaining permission. Avatars used by other users can be checked in the member list.

V - Leaking the contents from the private area (For detalis, please see a Japanese page.)

VI - Other acts that the administrator's team of this forum deems extremely inappropriate, such as malicious personal attacks on members in the outside of this forum, and other actions that cannot be considered by common sense. Possible conduct is subject to the sanction, depending on individual circumstances (= case by case).


3. About sanctions to users who violate this terms of service by management authority holder


Management authority holder is can set sanctions without discussion to users who have made inappropriate conduct that clearly violates the terms of use, such as newly created account who registered with the user name that slanders others, the user of only a sloppy post, the user who disclosed the password, spamming,  puppet-account or IP adress of banned user and an act of pretending to be another person for the purpose of entertainment or fraud.

For accounts created solely for obvious vandalism or account created by already banned user, please deal with deleting the account. In other case of users who made violates the terms of use, banned, setting warning level or removing authority will be occurred. If the alert level has reached 100%, and the user performs an action that raises the alert level anew, that user will be an expulsion measure. If expelled, you will not be able to view all pages of the forum.

However, in cases where it is not possible to exercise the authority at discretion, which is not the case described above, in a subtle case, report the situation to the admin's thread and conclude the discussion between the management authority holders and then exercise the authority please. If necessary, it's can set up a separate thread from the admin thread.

The management authority holder who first posted the topic (= started the discussion) notifies all other management authority holders using the private message function (or E-mail, or an SNS/app like Facebook messenger etc.) that the discussion has started. As a member of the forum team, it is desirable for all admins/mods to participate in the discussion.

In the case of a topic of sanctions, user's problem behavior, or quarrel among users, a management authority holder who doesn't give an opinion after 5 days after being start to asked for an opinion is considered to have no intention to express intention. It can be considered as agreement has been formed without waiting for the intention of the management authority holders.

If the user who violates the Terms of Service is found to have made a reflection or apology for it, please release the sanction that has been set. In the case of the manual release of sanctions, please go after discussion as well as the enforcement of sanctions.

If the administrator imposes sanctions on users, be sure to give them the "reason" for the sanctions. There are no particular details about the warning level and the period of sanctions due to it's case-by-case basis, but should be decide as much as possible in discussions among the management authority holders.

Also, In the case of needs to be discussion, it is considered as inappropriate for an individual admins/mods to exercise his or her own authority without consultation, and the exercise of that authority may be canceled by another admins/mods.

If a guest user (not logged-in user) performs an act that violates these terms of use, the administrator may take measures to ban that IP address. Because the deadline can not be set for the ban of the IP address on the basis of the forum specification, the administrator will manually perform the removation of banning.

All terms and conditions apply to all users regardless of guests, normal users, or users with administrative authority.

There are many rules and it may be annoying but it is a rule stipulated so that all users can comfortably use without unnecessarily causing confusion, so thank you for your understanding and cooperation.


4. About user's authority


The authority assigned to this forum user has the following 8 categories:

1. Guest (equal, unregistred user) - Can access and posting the forum

2. Awaiting Activation - Can access the forum(can't posting)

3. Member (equal, registred user) - Can access, posting, vote in polls, using user control panel and using personal message system.

4. Trusted Member - Same as Member basically. in addition, can access and posting in private discussion thread zone. the difference between "Member" and "Trusted Member" is only can access and posting private discussion thread zone or can't. Note in the case of administrator wants to adding an authority of "Trusted Member" to "Member", administrator must be change the user title on admin control panel. If administrator removes an authority of "Trusted Member", it must be remove user title named "Trusted Member".

5. Banned - Everything is impossible (can't access and posting)

6. Moderator - Same as Member basically. in addition, Access to the control panel for moderators and enforcement of administrator rights are possible in part of the forum.

7. Global Moderator - Same as Member basically. in addition, Access to the control panel for moderators (and can access in part of the control panel for administrators) and enforcement of administrator rights are possible in overall of the forum.

8. Administrator - All permissions are fully available.

If you wish to change the user's authority, please post and recruit comments in the thread named "意見募集スレッド" in the forum named "雑談用スレッド". All other administrators/global moderators/moderators (As an exception case, the administrators/global moderators/moderators who no longer active (for around 2 weeks or beyond) in the forum can exclued.) approve it, you will be allowed to change your authority.

Note: For tecnical reason, it is existed the authority named "Global Moderator", but in this forum, Global moderator is not practically used. "Management authority holder" is considered as only admin and moderator.

Note: Even normal user can access the admin control panel, but normal user can be only watching stastics page and other functions are not displayed.


About work, role allotment of management authority holder:

The administrator is,

・Coaching to other users (including moderators), adding and removing of management authority
・Mediate issues between users and participate in discussions on admin's thread
・Censore and deleting of troll and spam posts, banning IP address
・Operate admin control panel(Administration / creation / blockade of each forum and archives, approval of accounts waiting for approval, deletion of accounts, various maintenance, etc.)
・Acceptance of deletion or return request of posts from normal user
・Edit of terms of service page
・Arrangement of threads
・(If you are a server operator, of course you need to operate the server and create regular backups)

The moderator is,

・Mediate issues between users and participate in discussions on admin's thread(It can excluded that talking about within admin CP, the zone that moderators can't be seen.)
・Censore and deleting of troll and spam posts, banning IP address
・Acceptance of deletion or return request of posts from normal user
・Arrangement of threads

It is a task should do them.


5. About the administer / management authority holder


1. In order to monitor each other and to prevent unauthorized use of administrator's authority, the number of admins should always be 2 or more. Then, if the number of administrator is become only one, the remaining admin should be appoint a new administrator immediatly.
As 27 July 2023, the number of admins are 2.

2. In the case of the admin / grobal-mods / mods who not posting in the forum over 2 years (equal 730 days), the authority of it is will removed. If you are admin and find the admin / grobal-mods / mods who not posting in the forum over 2 years (equal 730 days), please remove authority of admin / grobal-mods / mods. Do not forget to make a notice it in the forum thread for other users. In addition, even if two years (730 days) have not passed, the frequency of activities as a management authority holder is very low, or the reason that they do not participate in the discussion at all (dialogue refusal), etc. An administrator who is deemed inappropriate by the administrator may be able to remove it's authority.

3. It is free for the admin to remove his/her own admin's authority. that is, resign from the admin are free. Removing own management authority is only allowed for admin and moderater can't remove his/her own management authority.

4. Management authority to an account that does not have administrator privileges, should be given as much as possible after discussion and consensus by all of administrators.

5. In the case of expected that the activities as a management authority holder will be difficult for a certain period, it is desirable to report that information to the administrator's thread and make it known in advance. However, this case does not apply if the administrator temporarily or short-term grants administrator / moderator privileges to a test account acquired for a simple test to confirm the operation of the forum.


6. Others


* If you find the error(s) (example: happening of mojibake, the screen of the forum are not displayed, etc.), you can report the error(s) to the thread named "雑談用スレッド" or "当フォーラムに対しての意見募集スレッド" or "管理者用スレッド".

* Even if you do not register an account, some functions such as posting to thread as a guest are available, but we recommend registering an account. By registering an account, useful settings such as date and time setting are available on the user conlrol panel.

* To avoid interfering with when search, the forum page are excluding search index by robots.txt (Robots exclusion standard).

* How to deal with a case of request for posting a sentence to the forum, from a banned user (using an external site or via e-mail).

* In some cases, a user banned from the forum may ask another user to posting some sentence on behalf of oneself using an external site or via email.

Be sure to consider whether such proxy postings will result in complicating for the banned user. Please keep in mind even if the content of the sentence requested for proxy text is not harmful, if the banned user can indicate some emotion on the forum through other members, it will lose the meaning of the ban function.

If you aren't know how to duel with the ploblem, please consult with admin/moderator you trusted or report on the admin thread or private discussion thread.

If you actually accept the posting request from banned user and post it on the forum, please clearly indicate that this post was submitted on behalf of the banned user, such as "This post was requested by the user XXX."

In addition, the banned user should not be requesting to other users asking to post something using an external site or through e-mail. Please note that such a behaivor can lead to negative impressions such as "behavior with cause a conflict" and "exhaustion of other users."

Banned users who wish to return to the forum or want to indicate remorse can contacting through personal email to the administrator.

* About posting in non-Japanese language

In the forum, it is not recommended that posting only in English (or other non-Japanese languages). Although it is not compulsory, whenever possible, please write the Japanese translation under non-Japanese sentence and post it so that members who use Japanese can understand it. If you do not know the Japanese translation, you can use a translation tool such as Google Translate to post the Japanese translation. Please remember that there are some members who dislike posting in foreign languages.


7. If happening the case of the system administrator of the forum are died or injured and become can't management the forum (Temporary)

The founder of the forum, who user name of this forum is ".". is management the system and saving forum data and archives, using the rental server service named "FC2 rental server". If he died or injured and become can't management the forum, then, as service fee payment stops, service will be suspended and forum will be closed. To avoid happening such a case, the creator of the forum planing that succeeding to trusted person to right of management the forum; if the plan are done, the users can continue to using the forum after death of him. (Currently, the discussion has been canceled due to the retirement of the founder in November 2019.)

8. About revision of terms of service

In the case of revision of this terms of service by admin,

1. In the case of simply fixing(= minor fixing of typo, updation of date, updating of statistics, etc.)→No need to discussion, but necessary to be report it to the admin's thread.

2. In the case of small-scale revision(= Add / remove / fix only 1 - 2 of sentence(s))→Need to discussion at the admin's thread. Even if five days have passed after being start to asked for an opinion, the administrator / moderator without comments can be excluded. Revisions are possible with two-thirds or more of the participants in the debate agreeing.

3. In the case of big-scale revision(= Add new kind of authority, fundamental text rewriting of section, etc.)→Need to discussion at the admin's thread. For administrative authority holder who doesn't comment after 7 days after being start to asked for opinion, please send a private message or email. After that, if there is no indication of intention after 7 more days, it can be excluded. Revisions are possible with two-thirds or more of the participants in the debate agreeing. Depending on the situation, when expected the intention from normal user, it can be discussed in the opinion solicitation thread, not the admin's thread.
